We are Indigo Rain, a belly dance troupe formed in the fall of 2008 in North Metro Denver. In the past few years, we have had the honor of performing at some fabulous venues and we've grown to include dancers from all over the Denver area. With strong foundations in Egyptian Cabaret, our style of Oriental Dance has evolved into an American Cabaret infused with a hint of other dance forms. We are excited to share our journey with you here on this web site. Currently, Indigo Rain is available for performances at festivals, haflas, fundraisers and other events.
Fabulous Fan Veils with Mirage - Saturday, February 18, 7:00-9:30p at Pangea Studios, 1008 E. Hampden Avenue, Englewood, CO. In this fun and energetic belly dance workshop, Mirage will go over her favorite prop - FAN VEILS! Learn how to move with this very beautiful and versatile prop. A short choreography will be taught to put the moves together and Mirage will discuss making your performance stand out. A limited number of Fan Veils will be available for purchase at the workshop so, please bring your own if you can. All ages and experience levels are welcome.
